Nuts – You can apply whatever nuts that you prefer to serve. Select from cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc. Pecans, hazelnuts, peanuts also work fine.

Transfer the basics to the baking tray and spread them in a single layer using a silicone spatula. Keep the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the nuts are golden chocolate-brown in color. Stir them every ten minutes so that they roast evenly from all the sides.

Remove the tray from oven and sprinkle brown sugar and sea salt over the nuts and toss using ii spatulas.

Let the nuts cool down for 2-three hours and so that they are non viscous anymore. Transfer them in an airtight container and shop at room temperature for five-6 days.
